Response times

General inquiries: 1–2 business days
Existing cases: 2–3 business days after review begins
Privacy requests: within 30 days, per PIPEDA timelines

Emergencies

If money is being sent right now, call your bank's fraud line immediately — the number is on your card. For crimes in progress, call 911. Email and web forms are not monitored in real time.

Never send passwords or full card numbers, even to us.
